چکیده
Purpose: The objectives of the present study were to develop biochemical indices as a more practical way for early diagnosis cases with suspected metabolic dysfunction-assosiated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and easy biomarkers enable clinicians recognize MASLD in obese children.
Materials Methods: A total 90 patients who had 70 healthy volunteering children between ages 6-18 diagnosed reference ESPGHAN 2012 Guideline January 2020 March 2023 included. Age, gender, Anthropometric measurements analysis determined. Some Biochemical ratios such HOMA-IR, HOMA-β, FGIR, QUICKI, AIP etc calculated.
Results: There 40 (44.4%) girls 50 (55.6%) boys patient group.A positive correlation was found AST, GGT, TSH, LDL, TG, cholesterol, HDL, FAS, insulin, QUICKI score, MHR, LHR, LKR, THR ALT/AST Systemic Immun Inflammatory Index values analysis. ROC results HOMA-IR value taken 2.94, specificity diagnostic be 52.20% sensitivity 80.0%.
Conclusion: has an increasing trend today.Based on design study, it concluded that almost all parameters obtained are among most accurate useful determine IR predict complications.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether children of parents with the insulin resistance syndrome (IRS) themselves have greater insulin resistance and unfavorable patterns of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS This cross-sectional study included 220 white and 36 black children aged 11-15 years identified through a school-based blood pressure screening program, along w...
متن کاملCardiovascular risk factors associated with insulin resistance cluster in families with early-onset coronary heart disease.
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a multifactorial disease caused by environmental and genetic factors. CHD clusters in families, but it is not known whether susceptibility to early-onset CHD is associated with the clustering of cardiovascular risk factors. Therefore, we determined the levels of cardiovascular risk factors among siblings with and without severe early-onset CHD drawn from 101 Finn...

متن کاملMetabolic syndrome and risk factors for cardiovascular disease in obese children: the relationship with insulin resistance (HOMA-IR).
OBJECTIVE To identify the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases and to investigate their relationship with insulin resistance. METHODS This was a cross-sectional study of 52 obese children. The sample was chosen at random after the body mass index [weight (kg)/stature (m)(2)] of 1,550 schoolchildren had been calculated. Children were ...
